QuickSign Templates - allow anyone to sign a document from a link
QuickSign for Templates
QuickSign templates allow you to configure a template once — then share it with any customer as a link. Each time a customers uses it, they will create a copy of the template.
If you activate the QuickSign feature for templates, you can get a permanent link that can be shared with anyone to complete the template.
Activating
You can activate the QuickSign feature on the "Configure" page (where you enter roles for a template)
Toggle the QuickSign feature on (look in the left column), and click save.
You can find the QuickSign link to share on the "Templates Dashboard" beside the document you edited.
When you share a QuickSign link with someone:
They will be asked to enter their name & email address before they can view the document
After step one, any details that includes their name or email will be pre-filled within this new document
The signer must complete the document as normal and click the finish button.
Once the document is completed, both your and the signer will get an emailed copy of the document and the document will show in your dashboard as normal.
QuickSign templates only cost when a signer users them, standard GoodSign fees apply.
